1. Cancellation Policy for Orders

Customers can cancel their orders under the following conditions:

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be freely canceled before they are dispatched for shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Refund and Exchange Process

  • Pre-Dispatch Refunds: Refund requests for financial amounts are accepted only if the request is made within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been confirmed or dispatched for delivery. Please note that a service fee for payment processing and any applicable taxes will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Post-Delivery Returns: Once the customer has received the product, returns are not accepted.

  • Defective Items & Exchanges: Products can only be exchanged if they are found to be defective. To proceed with an exchange, the customer must retain the warranty/invoice slip provided with the product. If this slip is lost, the right to claim an exchange is forfeited. The process of inspecting and exchanging a defective product takes 5 to 7 business days.

  • How to Request a Refund (Within the 1-Hour Window):

    1. Contact our customer support at info@byaltheeb.ae with your order details and the reason for the request.

    2. Our support team will review your request. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 2 business days (minus processing fees).

3. Product Reservation Policy

By placing a reservation or pre-order for any of our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Non-Refundable Fee: All product reservations are subject to a 50% non-refundable fee.

  • Cancellation of Reservations: If you choose to cancel your product reservation for any reason, only 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded. This policy is strictly in place to cover administrative costs, production planning, and to secure your item in our production queue. Please ensure your commitment before placing a reservation.

  • Delayed Delivery: In the event of any delay in delivering a reserved product, we assure our customers that they will still receive their item. As a gesture of appreciation and to make up for the delay, we will provide compensation or a bonus in another form.

  • Extended Delays: If the product is not delivered within the estimated delivery period stated at the time of reservation (e.g., within the specified month), the customer retains the right to request a full 100% refund of the amount paid.
